How we work with you
The RPC mission is all about helping people work better together to make great businesses, great places to work and this is equally, if not more important for those of us working for ourselves; as it is for larger teams and organizations. How we approach our day; how we respond to challenges; how we focus our time, all plays a part in the success of our business and it is not enough to simply hustle our hearts out in the hope we will make it big.
At RPC we will walk along side you to support your business growth. We can work with you 1:1 or as part of a group to take you from where you are now, to where you want to be. We do this through a blend of personal transformation and the execution of practical business growth strategies.
We understand that all no two businesses are the same and therefore specifically what is required from one business to the next will be quite different. Because of this, we start all our 1:1 engagements with a thorough 30-Day Business Review. This is where we get very clear on where you and your business are right now; where you want to be and therefore what skills and strategies may required in order to get you there.
Working together for 30 days initially also gives you peace of mind that one, business coaching is what you need to move forward; and two, that we are a good match to work together!
As part of this initial review, everyone who works with RPC receives a unique, in-depth Insights Discovery Personal Profile, which becomes the core of your learning experience. Using this profile as a springboard, we can work with you to tackle the challenges that are standing between you and the peak performance of your business.
